  These forms use "Microsoft Forms," a cloud service provided by Microsoft Corporation. The information you enter is stored in Microsoft Corporation's data centers located in the United States of America, and is sent to our staff by e-mail.
  We use this service after confirming that, under our agreement with Microsoft Corporation, it does not handle your personal information. We also implement the security measures described below based on our understanding of the personal information protection system of the United States of America.   ● Management of personal information and security measures

  1.We shall establish internal company rules on the handling of personal information and educate our employees and others concerned to ensure that they follow them.

  2.We shall appoint a person responsible for the handling of personal information, limit the employees who handle it, and provide training on a regular basis.

  3.We shall control access rights to the systems and devices that handle personal information and take measures against unauthorized access, computer viruses, etc.

  4.When personal information is handled in a foreign country, we shall implement security measures based on our understanding of the personal information protection system of that country.
